My Media Composer are working on PC with Windows XP and Windows Vista 64 Bits. Is the plug-in Boris AAF Transfer works on those platforms?

Glazed over an important step, whch currently has a bug in Avid - hence the reason (I imagine) it was edited out / glossed over in the demo.

Relinking to AMA files from an AAF is broken. Yes. As of now (Avid 5.0.2) linking to an AMA volume or files will not cause Avid to "see" and relink to the AMA files referenced in an AAF.

Easily repeatable. There is a trick around it, but it's not 100%. I'd love to see an AAF opened in Avid and the user be able to point to a directory via AMA and have the media relink without any further intervention; but I suspect Avid will need to make some more bug fixes first.

1. After you import the AAF into Media Composer and you wish to import the media, it seems that its importing all the rushes not just the clips on the timeline.

I assume this only works with Avid MC 5.xx, now that Avid can edit Apple Prores codec.

I am having trouble when I bring the AAF file into Avid, the sequence EDL transfers over but there are not time codes on the clips.
Does anyone know any remedies for this. FYI, I am proficient in Avid and FCP, not a pro. thanks!!
