Select the sub-track of the text, which is named Face
Observe that the controls window now displays a set of tabs, each tab contains parameters that can be used to change the text.
Click on the tab named Fill
Enable the checkbox next to fill - the text color will change to match the current color in the color chip, which be default it white
Click on the color chip and change the color from white to red
Next to the fill color chip is a box that is used to set the animation of this parameter. We want the color to remain static for this effect. to set the color as static, click and hold in this box and select Constant from the list that pops up.
Click on the Apply button at the bottom right of the Timeline Window to apply this animated effect to the Avid timeline and return to the Avid user interface
