While you're waiting for the clip to download, here are a couple of quick things to keep in mind.
Because RGB Edges can create fine lines, you'll want to view the output on a television monitor before you commit to a render. You'll also want to be sure you're seeing the true output of the filter, so make sure to look at the image at 100% scale, full resolution and high quality. Even when working at 50% scale (which I recommend to speed things up), you'll want to stick with full resolution to get an accurate picture .
You'll definitely see that this slows things down. Please note that this isn't exactly an issue with Boris FX - other products that provide these kind of artistic effects can render even more slowly. The aspect of speed to keep in mind is just how quickly we create these effects.
With the footage downloaded, you can import it into Boris FX using one of the shortcut buttons.

Then apply the RGB Edges filter: Filters> Noise> RGB Edges.
Apply the filter to the Face track of the movie file. This creates an upstream effect, that is, one applied to the movie before transformations like scale, which we'll be adjusting in just a bit.
