Boris Technical Support Options
Boris FX offers 30 days of free e-mail support for new software and software upgrade purchases. You must first register your purchase. After you register your purchase, you may contact us via the Boris Support Form.
If you require assistance after 30 days, Boris FX offers the following support programs for customers located in the United States and Canada:
- Pay Per Incident ($39) - Have one of our experienced technical support staff troubleshoot and diagnose your support issue. The $39 fee can be applied to any Boris FX support agreement within 30 days of your initial call.
- Boris FX Technical Support Plan ($195) - Provides access for one year to the Boris FX Technical Support Team, Monday through Friday, from 8am until 8pm Eastern Time. Customers receive one-on-one support via a toll-free number as well as e-mail. Voice messages are responded to within one hour.
- Boris FX 24 Hour Technical Support Plan ($495) - Provides maximum access to the Boris FX Technical Support Team for one year. Customers receive one-on-one support via a toll-free number as well as e-mail - 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Voice messages are responded to within one hour.
