Powered by patented dialogue search technology from Nexidia, Boris Soundbite is a fast and accurate tool for locating footage by finding any word or phrase spoken in multimedia files. The new Version 2 release adds support for workgroups, ensuring that all media stored on shared storage is instantly searchable by all editors within a workgroup.

Boris Soundbite is a standalone Mac OS X application that quickly and accurately finds any word or phrase spoken in QuickTime media files. With Soundbite, video editors, producers, and journalists can instantly play all occurrences of a spoken phrase in their media, then insert the perfect take into their Adobe Premiere Pro or Apple Final Cut Pro project, organize clips around keywords, and even find replacement words for problematic audio. Boris Soundbite greatly reduces logging and transcription costs and lets editors spend their time being creative instead of manually searching hours of video.

Boris Soundbite Version 2 will be available in Q2 2012 for an introductory price of $295 USD. Version 2 will be available as a free downloadable update for all Boris Soundbite users.
Boris Soundbite is available for English, European Spanish, Latin American Spanish, European French, German, Italian, and Dutch. A full-functioning 14-day trial version is available for free download.
