Abaltat audio solutions are now available from Boris FX. Abaltat is an Ireland-based audio company developing professional sound editing tools for video editors. This new partnership complements Boris FX products by enabling you to quickly create original, royalty-free, broadcast-quality soundtracks.
The Abaltat product family consists of:
Abaltat Muse for Mac OS X - $495 USD
Allows editors to redesign the soundtrack to match the picture sequence
Highlights:
* Create broadcast-quality, royalty-free soundtracks faster than real-time
* Variety of Abaltat Bands gives a wide choice of musical genres
* Seamless integration with Apple, Avid, Adobe, and Media 100 NLEs
* Full MIDI export for direct import into Digidesign Pro Tools or Apple Logic
* User-friendly interface and easy-to-use controls designed for video editors
Abaltat Express for Mac OS X - $230 USD
Ideal for users of Apple GarageBand and Apple Logic, Abaltat Express enables editors to affordably create professional soundtracks. With the same interface, workflow and powerful composition engine as Abaltat Muse, users can compose and arrange soundtracks utilizing the audio engine and sounds native in standard desktop systems. The professional results can be exported to any software that supports MIDI.
Abaltat Beat for Mac OS X - $75 USD
Abaltat Beat automatically calculates the best rhythmical fit for a video by analyzing the EDL. The resulting "best fit" is played as a MIDI drum track and is expressed in "Beats Per Minute" (BPM). The speed of the drum track as well as time signatures can be adjusted. All adjustments can be played back in sync to the picture so editors can see the relationship between picture and sound.
