Job Description
Looking to build your career at a hot, Boston-based software firm? If you are a smart, hard-working, goal-oriented self-starter with an interest in video, graphics, or post-production, then this is a perfect job for you. In this position you will be responsible for building and managing the company’s Inside Sales and Customer Service organization, reporting directly to the CEO and interfacing with the Marketing and Product Management teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Communications with knowledge of the modern video post-production or film industries. Excellent verbal and writing skills are essential.

Responsibilities
• Build a solid inside sales / customer service team
• Co-develop scripts and procedures to ensure high volume sales
• Develop your own pipeline in addition to your team's pipeline in a player/coach role
• Assign incoming sales leads to team members and monitor leads follow up
• Develop team and individual metrics, and manage team to reach weekly goals
• Evaluate and improve inside sales and customer service processes
• Contribute to the design of promotions and sales and marketing materials and events
Desired Skills & Experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• 5 years of inside sales experience
• 2 years of managing an inside sales or telemarketing team
• Experience with SalesForce.com (or similar CRM tool)
• Solid math skills and ability to analyze metrics
