The BCC DVE filter models the input source onto a 2D plane, which can be rotated in 3D space with built-in motion blur, lights, and camera perspective control.
DVE and DVE Basic are very similar except that DVE Basic does not include all the parameters; DVE provides more options for controlling the effect; while DVE Basic is streamlined for when you want to create a simple DVE move.
